As a rule, you have to complete and submit ALL the company assignments.
Otherwise, you would not be able to receive a complete evaluation of your performance.
The company assignments are similar to what dancers need to learn in an actual company audition, so even though it is difficult, we believe that it will be very helpful to those who are preparing for auditions.
If you decide to submit only a few of the company assignments and not all of them, duly note that you will receive the evaluation reports from the companies, but the section about company assignments will be left blank (if you did not complete the assignments and submit them).
The purpose of the mock audition is to understand your career readiness, gain audition experience and learn different dance styles, so even though not completing all the assignments will lead you to be disqualified in the mock audition, we strongly encourage dancers to complete and submit all of them.

For the ballet barre/centre section, you may edit your video, but do not include any fancy transitions.
However, for your solo piece, you should not edit the video.

The “Company Assignment” are tasks that are given to dancers to perform during actual company auditions.
This provides a chance for the directors to see the dancer’s skills (apart from what can be seen from the ballet barre/centre and solo piece video) and compatibility with the company’s dance style.
The “Company Assignment” is different for each company and is set according to what the directors require from dancers. Each assignment will be around 1~2 minute. (eg, learning a company repertoire, improvisation, etc.)

1) Invitation of Asia Dance Audition
It is valid for the audition held in 2021. If the audition is not held during 2021, it will be valid for the next audition held in the future.

It is valid until the first half of 2022. (before the company’s summer vacation for 2022)
